The Varifit™ Pin Casting Matrix and integrated Accu-Pin™ scanner
Use our patent-pending casting matrix in exactly the same way you use a foam casting box to capture a true 3-D impression of the foot in a semi-weight-bearing rear-foot neutral position. With 700 data points, the pins are held in position by a friction system calibrated to 1.6 psi, a high-resolution impression of the foot is captured for scanning. The pin matrix casting process is quick, easy, and clean, not a speck of plaster dust in sight, and just think how much you'll save in both time and the cost of consumables! Then, place the pin matrix into the Accu-Pin™ scanner and at the push of a button, the plantar surface of the foot captured in the pin casting matrix is digitized and the image uploaded into the dedicated software program.
Accu-Light™ foot scanner (optional add-on)
If you prefer to capture the foot in a non-weight-bearing neutral position, add an Accu-Light™ scanner to your system, which uses stereophotographic technology to capture precise 3-D data accurate to a fraction of a millimeter. Fully compatible with the VF-300™, this portable scanner is a solid-state system with no complex moving parts to wear out or maintain. It is completely reliable and backed with a full 12-month warranty.

Use our graphically-rich 3-D Analytics™ and Patient Education software programs to help your patients understand the beneficial effects of foot orthoses on their musculo-skeletal system. Then, move straight into the Cast Correction screen and watch the cast change in real time as you apply industry-standard cast corrections and prescription options to prepare the positive cast.
