3D Casting System
You will love the VARIFIT™ casting system! Our unique casting device captures a true 3-dimensional impression of your patient’s foot as easily as casting into a foam box, but without all the hassles. The pins are held in position by a friction system that has been calibrated to 1.6 psi. Simply reset the matrix by pushing down on a hard flat surface, correctly position the foot on top of the pins, and gently push the foot into the pins. Any casting method or technique that you use for a foam box can be used in this casting matrix. But what makes our casting matrix better than foam is that it is reusable, which is important for the professional who wants to take advantage of offering foot analytics and patient education to build their business. In other words, there is no cost to cast additional feet and you may choose to capture impressions of every patient as a preventative measure and a value added service in your practice.

It’s just that fast and simple. If, for some reason, a “re-do†is necessary, simply reset the pins by pushing the matrix down on a hard flat surface and start again with no additional expense.
